Muslims celebrate two types of Eids all over the world one is eid al Adha 2020 in UK and eid al Fitr. First Eid is celebrated after Ramadan, which is celebrated after 29/30 days of fasting. Muslims all over the world are very happy on this day because all Muslims have one more chance to understand the feelings of poor peoples. And this Eid is also called the Eid ul Fitr.

One night before of Eid is called moon night. On this moon night, all  Muslims are very excited. Because this night is very special for Muslims,  that night you Muslims go to the mosque, and pick up your loved ones from I’tikaf. Blessed is the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad. While the second Eid is ahead.which going to be celebrated all over the world by Muslims. The second Eid is called Eid Al Adha. Muslims celebrate this Eid of the willingness of Hazrat Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Hazrat Ismail in the love of Allah (God). This eid is also called greater Eid. Some peoples don’t know which day, and which month to celebrate Eid Al Adha. Know I am proved to all of you the further information. This eid is celebrated due to the Islamic calendar. Eid Al Adha is celebrated on the 10th of Dhu  Al Hijjah which is the 12th month of the Islamic calendar. Muslims go to Mecca to offer Hijjah in Saudia Arabia to perform Hajj, which is one of the pillars of Islam. There are five pillars of Islam.

 

Hajj is one of them which is performed in Dhu Al Hijjah. On Eid Al Adha there are four holidays traditionally, Muslims use to follow the lunar calendar. Which is different from the Gregorian calendar. In lunar calendar date is not fix. It differs from every Year. Eid Al Adha is a very important day for Muslims. There are no holidays given on this occasion in the United Kingdom. Banks and other institutions remain open on this day on Eid Al Adha in the United Kingdom. Muslims take holidays on these occasions.

On, Eid Al Adha Muslims get up early in the morning in the United States,  they dress up in a very good dress. And love to wear colors on Eid Al Adha day. And perfumes are the most important part. Before going to mosque Muslims use perfumes, its sunnah of their beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.W.W). After getting ready they go to the mosque or in-ground to offer prayers of Eid. After offering prayers they embrace and love to wish Eid Mubarak by shaking hands with each other. But this year Eid festival is different because the sensitive issue occurred in all over the world COVID-19.

Must focus on social distancing. Muslims love to visit their relatives on such a special occasion and also give gifts to their children and also the money, they called it Eidi. One of the most important works done on Eid Al Adha is Qurbani. Muslims sacrifice sheep, goats, or cows according to the rules of Islam. In Islam, animals must b adult. According to British Law animals must b killed in a proper place like a slaughterhouse, and then it is divided into family, poor’s and friends. Muslims love to charity the poor persons, especially on Eid days.

In British cities, Eid Al Adha is like a funfair or festive. United kingdom is going to give them more opportunities to Muslims on this eve or trying to give them more freedom on this Eid Al Adha. On this special day of Eid, lectures are given in mosques regarding Eid and Hijjah and sacrifice of animals and other sacrifices and charity, etc. Eid Al Fitr is a sweet Eid, while Eid Al Adha is called salty Eid. This Eid Al Adha includes many types of dishes that depend on meat. In the United Kingdom, Muslims follow their cultural ways.

Muslims made those dishes which are made up of meat adult goat, adult beef, or adult cattle. Popular dishes include kebab (boneless meat that is cooked and steamed on fire), biryani (spicy rice and spicy meat merge together on this festival), haleem (mix up of wheat, lentils, and meat), and Muslims also made sweet desserts like cakes, biscuits, kheer (mixup of milk and rice together heated on fire).

Nearly 2.8 million Muslims are living in the United Kingdom. The ratio of Muslims in the United Kingdom is a maximum of 4.8 percent population. Many Muslims are living in London. Many Muslims are living in Bradford, Luton, Blackburn, and Dewsbury.
